Homemade garlic bread rustled up using leftover bread and served in under 5 minutes!
You can use any leftover bread such as bread rolls, ciabbatta, subs, baguettes... flatbreads and pitta breads work too!

We used a leftover M&S ‘sub’ spread with some delicious Guernsey butter and sprinkled over some wild garlic from the freezer. Added a sprinkling of grated cheese then popped into the air fryer for 3 and half minutes. Boom! It was bloomin’ lovely 😋😋
Great way to use up bread rolls that are just starting to go stale!
We use the frozen chopped herb bags available from Waitrose which are always on offer priced at 2 for £3 - so easy and convenient to have on hand in the freezer 👍
