How to Order a Replacement Waitrose Members Card

The MY Waitrose loyalty card has largely been replaced from a physical card you store in your wallet, to a digital card stored within the digital wallet on a mobile phone ready to scan at the checkout.
But sometimes you just prefer to carry a physical card! If you need to request a physical MY Waitrose Loyalty Card i.e., a plastic members card that you can put in your own personal physical wallet... that IS still a possibility - but you need to request one!
Here's how you can download a paper copy of your card or order a new Waitrose member plastic loyalty card...
You can order a replacement card from your My Waitrose loyalty page. Make sure you sign in to see the option. Here's our step-by-step guide to ordering a replacement Waitrose loyalty card -
Sign in to your Waitrose account at https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/my-waitrose
From the 'My Account' drop down menu select 'My Waitrose loyalty'.
Select 'Card & Details'.
An image of your card will appear on the screen. You can choose to 'Print my Waitrose card' (print a paper copy on your own printer) or 'Order plastic card'.
If you would like a new plastic card, click 'Order plastic card'. This will take you to another page that will try to talk you out of ordering a new plastic card, but scroll to the end and you'll see the option 'I want to request a plastic card'.
Select the option and your address will be displayed. If this is the correct address, go ahead and select 'Order plastic card'.
Your new plastic Waitrose membership card will be sent to your address 🙌
A Plastic My Waitrose member card can only be sent to an address within the UK or Channel Islands. Please note that a postal delivery of a card may take up to 2 weeks.
